What are some of the best things about your team?

There's very little "team" spirit at BSWH as most all Dept's are disconnected + employees are lost working in isolated silos = unfortunate!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Market based but raises are small.

Watching Manager for unethical behavior and listening to employees
