The keep us informed and ask for feedback and hold open discussions, we have weekly team huddles, and bi weekly town hall with all of TA and our VP is always present. My manager, director, and VP are all accessible and available.

One thing for sure they need to get better at making one feel appreciated. By that I mean sitting down with their employee and show them how much positive this employee brings to their job or work area instead of focusing on trying to find a negative aspect about the way the employee works.
