What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Better attitudes towards everyone. Stop with the favoritism. Be more considerate towards everyone's life outside of work. Be more open and considerate of everyone's ideas and suggestions. Have better attitudes toward everyone.

The leadership team does not take suggestions and does not answer requests for help. The leadership team sets a "one-size-fits-all" requirement. The leadership team needs to be more flexible and listen to the employees and their concerns.

Not take things so personal. And be more professional

Proper preceptor training to ensure proper training of new hires, ensure all leaders are NOT sharing private info. about other employees that are not in leadership, fairness, fairly compensating employees, equally distributing/rotating employees in clinics, 1:1 in person, hold same standards for all

I believe the insurance should pay for a lot to achieve optimal wellness. Carebility is a great insurance, and they have this philosophy that if they pay for and cover weight loss procedures and weight loss medications, the patient will have better chances at optimal health.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There’s no clear career path or talent development in operations. Role scopes are inconsistent and even senior leaders struggle to define them. This lack of structure makes growth uncertain and contributes to feeling undervalue

Comparing our salary to the national standard, it is clear that our role is not being paid to that level. Although I am grateful for the salary based on local standards, it can be challenging knowing nationally others are compensated at a higher rate for providing the same level of work and effort.

As a Medical Assistant I do demanding work for a very busy specialty which is required to be done in a most efficient, safe and timely manner.

I am making less now than I have made in previous leadership roles and when I was working nights before I took this position. When I took this position, I knew that I would have to take a pay cut because as a supervisor I wouldn't be able to work that second job that helped make ends meet.

There really isn't enough space here but I don't like that I have to use vacation for celebrated holidays. in my 30 years in the working world, I've NEVER experienced that. The pay isn't entice enough to make people stay once they cap out. We should get a COLA raise EVERY year no matter what

There is a broad divide in our work ethics.

The attitude of wanting to be at work and take the role of what they do, effects other people seriously and the desire to work as a team.

Stop thinking that drs and higher uo management it better them anyone else.

Director should be in more engaged, to show more support to the managers.

The leadership teams tries to isolate each member of the team from the others. They make huge deals about non-problems and cause divide and issues between team members. I would appreciate some team building activities, even something simple like a group lunch.

Listen to your employees and ask them directly what the issue is. Don't ask management. Get it directly from the source.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was interviewed in a very comfortable manner. I was asked task/situation-based questions mostly, as well as some "get to know you" typical interview questions. This approach seems to work well as management mostly hires competent people who fit in well with the rest of the department.

I know my manager will not be kind to me. I know the day will be stressful, busy, and loaded until the end with work. I would appreciate another addition to the team and some respect/friendliness from my manager.

New Managment all coworkers agree when we talks among others (over supervisor)

I feel like I have a difficult time balancing work and personal life. Our PTO/ time off policies are difficult to follow as a working mom, and then to add on my own medical needs, and the needs of my child, it seems I never have PTO to use. Especially when paid holidays make PTO balance negative.

Most days we dont have the staff to be able to do our jobs to their full potential.

Floating to sit, unable to take PTO during holidays, PTO request deadlines MONTHS in advance even prior to wish lists being put in, poor communication with staff
