What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base + fair commission paid. Benefits are generous. We don't have stock options but we have 401K contributions and that's fair and equitable!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live out our missions statement and our core values daily. We express gratitude to one and other and respect each other. The culture is one of excellence and openness.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I honestly don't remember as I'm a long time employee. I know the process has become rigorous. I recall have multiple interviews, about 4, and thinking there was never going to be a decision made!
What makes you most happy at work?
The control I have over my schedule. The ability to determine the priorities I have through out the day and the week, month etc., and to work in the way I work best to meet those priorities
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very proactive and transparent with info and plans for future endeavors, staffing plans, product line changes, etc. Our leaders are caring, compassionate and lead by example. Smart, intuitive and 1000% invested in our future and our success!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close. We work to support one another and we push each other to be the best day in and day out. We are accountable to each other and to BELAY as a whole
