What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team is easily accessible and they value all employees as part of the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have been here for over 10 years, but felt that the interview process was a personal one and the interviewers were friendly and courteous.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company offers a stupendous retirement plan! The health care is great and inexpensive and the dental coverage is the best probably out there now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is stupendous! We all want to succeed and work together to make sure that all work is completed on time. We laugh together and work together well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We now have the availability to work from home several days a week. I choose to come in most days, but if I need to be home, I can comfortably get what I need to accomplished.
What makes you most happy at work?
My supervisor is fabulous. I learn something new every day. There is on-site training to keep me on the cutting edge of the industry. My work space is roomy and pleasant. I love working with my clients!
