Excellent experience at this growing company where they are very good to their employees

I have elected to stay in this company, in various positions for over ten years so I can honestly say that I am very happy with my job, the benefits and my clients.

Employees are hired with a specific skill set, and moving around in the office isn't easy - but it happens. When an employee comes to management with a goal, if it is possible, they are encouraged to stretch themselves and move to the next level.

The leadership team is approachable, supportive and dedicated to improving the experience for both internal and external partners.

The management style has evolved over the past 3 years. An open door policy, to discuss concerns without the fear of negative feedback is a welcome change. Supervisors meet to share issues and exchange solutions to these issues is providing everyone the opportunity to grow.

The company offers a stupendous retirement plan! The health care is great and inexpensive and the dental coverage is the best probably out there now.

New employees start with 15 days of PTO, in addition to paid days off for floating and national holidays. Even with increasing insurance costs, the company offers premium packages at minimal pricing for the employee.

Team members are skilled and personable

My team is stupendous! We all want to succeed and work together to make sure that all work is completed on time. We laugh together and work together well.

Colleagues feel it's safe to express their opinion without fearing blowback.

Employees are empowered. Dress code is casual. There are many fun activities to encourage team building.

We now have the availability to work from home several days a week. I choose to come in most days, but if I need to be home, I can comfortably get what I need to accomplished.

The culture is adding professional, credentialed associates dedicated to improving the client experience.

The times when food is brought in - sometimes it's an employee-sponsored event (like Pi Day or celebrating March Madness), while other times it's management sponsored, like an ice cream truck in the middle of summer or pizza delivered for all on a snowy day. We all get behind food days.
