Great and managements at Benihana SF needs to be fixed. Need attention from HR department. Making a faithful chef upset is not a good idea, because chefs are the engine of Benihana. I am just a server there but I feel bad for the chefs and they deserve better.
It's been fine but it's unfortunate because I know how good Ra could be with better management. I am strongly considering going to another company where I have more faith in the future and direction. With the current GM, it seems inevitable that the store will close with how things have been going.
