The culture is not that grate as they have leaders in the field who are not experienced enough to lead as they are not capable in doing all the work in which they are advising there team to do. they also reward bad behavior.

I would like to be given a better super package. the wage is fine.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have everyone at the company working towards the same goals. The way it is creates animosity between all stake holders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people try to work together really well and create good momentum but this business has to many contradicting KPIs which creates one level causing another level not to achieve
