So far my BigID experience has been nothing but positive. A great team tackling a great problem with a great product. There are certainly growing pains and plenty of work to be done, but with the positivity here, those challenges will be easily overcome.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to add value and provide improvements where I see gaps and have that met with excitement and encouragement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lot of transparency and the organization has clearly defined goals. Management has always been helpful, even for the smallest issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the interviews are very conversational and less of an interrogation. I also like being able to get hands-on with the product.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I've met at BigID is very friendly and has been very helpful any time I need assistance. The culture of the team is also great, I feel like I fit in and that I belong.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of positivity surrounding the product and it's capabilities. The team has "happy hour" sessions where we can come together and get to know each other better, which is good for comradery. There is a real feeling of "team" and not just "individual".
