I joined while they were "relaunching" in the US and there was not much confidence in the current team. It was a bit stressful seeing an office turn over but since that happened it has only been a positive experience and there has been almost no turnover in the new hires.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is extremely supportive and willing to help each other. It feels like a team with a common goal.

Speaking with senior leaders while interviewing, it's great being able to ask the questions you want to in the interview process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has a lengthy history of growing and scaling companies, but I love that they believe in investing in their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The supportive nature, able to reach out to anyone in the company with a question and if you need it you'll end up getting a calendar meeting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't have any benefits beyond healthcare with the company. When joining I thought equity options would be stronger to compensate for the lack of benefits but that was not the case.
