Our leadership team is setting a clear direction but, at the same time, is not afraid to change it when the need arises. Everything is constantly challenged at Exponea and we, as a company, are not afraid to say that things can be done better and the walk the talk, always in line with our values.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's balanced. Could I be earning more somewhere else? Yes. Would I want my company to spend more on above-average salaries now? No. I'm getting paid for what I do and my fat bonus is coming from my shares once we go public. Until then I'm here to help make it a success.

I learn every day from my colleagues. I also love how when we spend an hour on ad-hoc ping-pong tournament each one of us makes it up, later on, to make sure we deliver on what we agreed. If you want to know the top qualities of our team, read our values - it's spot on.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendliness, openness, despite the differences in seniority there is no feeling of a big hierarchy. The bureaucracy is kept reasonably low..

I was given a place to sit and a task to deliver with a deadline being the amount of time I am willing to invest. I came in the next day and the day after and got it done. I was given a chance to meet the CEO and I love how he makes sure that new hires will fit in to our culture.
