Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love more stock options and an increase in salary to reflect inflation.

We don't have any benefits beyond healthcare with the company. When joining I thought equity options would be stronger to compensate for the lack of benefits but that was not the case.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together, not in competition. Which isn't common of every revenue department (new business). Every team I've been on here has made an impact on my professional career.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are able to WFH while still feeling connected within our own team and the rest of the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was challenged, but also coached. This is an extremely important detail to me. When I wasn't sure how to answer a technical problem, I was coached then asked again in the next interview. They weren't testing my product knowledge, they were testing my drive and ability to learn.
