What is the best part about your compensation package?

The profit sharing system was really well built, but the CEO has atarted tinkering with that too, to decrease the payout yo the workers (because they only care about the shareholders now).

My experience at Bluebeam has been challenging in the best ways. It's non-stop, but I love the people I work with.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company's revenue is strong and growing year over year. In that environment there is no pressure to address negative issues with how work is done, under performing talent/leadership, and negative work environment
