My team is creative and cooperative. Unfortunately, my manager is struggling, but my coworkers make it enjoyable to come to work.

Really care about the customer, in a big way.

My team is very team oriented and has innovative ideas when working on group projects.

They care about each other.

Every Individual Contributor cares about their teammates. They will help out whenever asked.
