Not clinician driven. Revenues are sirected at acquisition of new hospitals and not towards benefits for associates. Corporate policy seems to be to chase away experienced clinicians and replace with new grads--many whomare not boarded but are still called specialists.

Developing leadership and decision processes that benefit the local team and not just regurgitate management decisions from Tampa.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they would listen to local teams that have been successful and build and provide adequate physical facilities, the compensation would improve.
