Great colleagues at the tech and dr level- people who truly care about their work

My co workerx and team ard great. Leadership id terrible from corporate to local

Techs were very nice, but unskilled and untrained

The support staff all takes care of each other.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need v better management to work better

Communicating with each other, no one talks to each other.

Collaboration is lacking. We dont learn from each other and we dont partner to make each other better.
