Zero support, training, mentorship or clarity in role. Favortism is blantantly obvious. Dont become a caregiver or parent as you will be pushed out of your job.

I have been with BP for several years. During this time blue pearl has gradually improved their salary and benefits. I think that they fell behind competitors for a time and have had to work hard to catch up.
