Support management. HR and senior leaders are too concerned about numbers and data in spreadsheets than they are about their staff.
Leaders need to listen to the associates in the hospital and value the skills that everyone brings.
We need to be recognized and compensated for our jobs. Better Pay, Better benefits. We need more than just a pizza party to boost morale

Removing the obstacles that prohibit our medical staff from delivering the highest levels of medicine. This includes hiring amazing associates, reducing turnover and providing the training abd equipment needed to provide thebbest patient care.
