Zero support, training, mentorship or clarity in role. Favortism is blantantly obvious. Dont become a caregiver or parent as you will be pushed out of your job.

I have been with BP for several years. During this time blue pearl has gradually improved their salary and benefits. I think that they fell behind competitors for a time and have had to work hard to catch up.

The growth strategy is mergers and acquisitions, rather than investing in the practices it already owns. Operations and management decisions are made at the corporate level and there is a serious disconnect between corporate and local. Regional corporate management all came from budget retail sector

Bluepearl is poor at recruiting and retaining employees. Pay is poor and benefits are worse. Veterinary care is great but will get worse as they bleed employees

Terrible! The management often tells employees they don't have budget to pay them. The employee is required to take unpaid time off. All while being understaffed. The turnover rate is very high. Management tells staff that they are replaceable and just a number.

Honest. Kind. Easy to access

Local leadership, ie practice manager, was always very supportive.

Recruiting and retaining good employees. Need better benefits and lay for nurses and stsff. Dictors compensated well

The leadership team is clueless.

Recognizing that their Vets, Vet Techs and other support staff are who really make them the money and they need to be treated more fairly and compensated MUCH better.

Developing leadership and decision processes that benefit the local team and not just regurgitate management decisions from Tampa.

I am paid fairly for the work I do

They have multiple price increase every year, yet technicians do not get increased wages

The gossip culture is terrible. I much rather get paid less and not have to deal with the mental games that go on.

Better retirement match. Higher salaries

No excuse for not having a safe harbor 401k

Leadership doesnt listen and is incompetent. Medical director has regular tantrums and is ineffective as a leader

Great colleagues at the tech and dr level- people who truly care about their work

My co workerx and team ard great. Leadership id terrible from corporate to local

Techs were very nice, but unskilled and untrained

The support staff all takes care of each other.

Environment is mostly positive, moreso than other places. Negativity creeps in easily.

Support management. HR and senior leaders are too concerned about numbers and data in spreadsheets than they are about their staff.

Leaders need to listen to the associates in the hospital and value the skills that everyone brings.

We need to be recognized and compensated for our jobs. Better Pay, Better benefits. We need more than just a pizza party to boost morale

Removing the obstacles that prohibit our medical staff from delivering the highest levels of medicine. This includes hiring amazing associates, reducing turnover and providing the training abd equipment needed to provide thebbest patient care.
