Used to make bonus every month managment changed rates and lost business that was profitable, gained much business that is not profitable. We used to have fun and I used to enjoy coming to work, but that hasn't been the case and it's not just since COVID it changed a long time before that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work harder on my work than the person next to me who makes 10 times me on bonus alone
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
when I say coworkers I'm talking about across lines - CSRs, AM's, TC's, Tracking - seems to be a lot of anmocity and I think people need to be kind and know this is trucking and there will be problems we will have to work through
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
too many emails, teams msg. popups on Qbits, and other manual processes that aren't supported by Quest to be automated... therefore it takes more time per day than there is in the day to do my job / Automation of things that Quest should have been unveiled already capable or doing... that would help
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Vacation time that we get along with personal time, but that was taken away during covid so there was nothing positive at that time. Now we are in the End-Demic times of covid and the people I sit next to are doing great, so I guess that I'm proud for them, but I'm not succeeding financially.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know other I know and like a few of these persons locally, but I don't know what they do for the big bucks. I understand there is a lot of things involved in running a business so I'm sure it is warranted. Seems like most of the Mg.team has fleed comp. last year do they know somthg.I dont
