What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We understand all are part of the same team and share same goals.

The investment in the employee, they look for us succeed.

We truly enjoy coming to work. During COVID most of us were begging to come back in to the office because we miss our work family.

It starts with the leadership. The leadership is transparent and open to criticism and feedback. They really do care about the employee experience as much as they care about being profitable.

The company embraces a culture of inclusion and a diverse breadth of opinions and ideas. I think that having such a wide body of talent at our company helps keep things fresh.

Has always maintained a fun environment for the employees.
