Wouldn't trade it for anything!

My last 8 months at BNSF Logistics have been a period of growth and excitement for me. The people were welcoming and we have a collaborative environment where we all work together to achieve our logistics goals. We recognize our internal issues and work on them instead of ignoring them!

Our leadership team is friendly, approachable, listens to employee concerns, and are very inclusive. Diversity and Inclusion is one of our core values, and they truly walk the walk.

I appreciate that the leadership team isn't afraid of taking risks when it benefits the company. In our industry most are reluctant to disrupting the status quo, but I feel that leadership has allowed us to find a niche in emerging technology.

Management

Benefit costs are great for my family. I couldn't be happier

The insurance is very affordable. We also have opportunities to get credits in to our HSA.

The pay is fair and the vacation time is great.

The health coverage is quite poor, and paid time off is low.

Awful management no hourly pay commission level under field standard

We truly enjoy coming to work. During COVID most of us were begging to come back in to the office because we miss our work family.

It starts with the leadership. The leadership is transparent and open to criticism and feedback. They really do care about the employee experience as much as they care about being profitable.

The interviewers were easy to talk to. It made it not so stressful and stuffy.

I was interviewed by not only the manager and the VP, but the manager brought me in to meet the team so that we could have a preview on if we meshed or not. I thought it was a great idea and way to vet a team leader.
