The pay is fair and the vacation time is great.

We have a wonderful set of personalities in our office. My team brings a variety of perspectives and we collaborate well to get things done!

The people are welcoming, we are friendly towards each other, and we really thrive when there is enough work for everyone and it is a busy day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It starts with the leadership. The leadership is transparent and open to criticism and feedback. They really do care about the employee experience as much as they care about being profitable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by not only the manager and the VP, but the manager brought me in to meet the team so that we could have a preview on if we meshed or not. I thought it was a great idea and way to vet a team leader.
