The company at first promise high commission and benefits. In reality it is a dog eat dog environment. A lot of sales people on the floor who constantly complain about sales and management. Extremely micromanaged.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay a base pay for sales associate and not just a draw.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to be more realistic with the sale associate goals. The daily meetings repetitious and should only be once a week.
