the compensation package at Bob's is great! The company does an amazing job at staying competitive and offers great performance based incentives. The benefits packages are amazing and offer options to suit the of needs of our people. Employee contributions have not increased in 8 years!

My first interview was virtual and I was able to do it from home. Then a few days later the recruiter set me up in person and after meeting the store team, I was offered the job!
