Negative. No leadership. Platitudes in place of strategy. Very poor resource managment. The goal to improve is tossed around as a placeholder for actually being good, but we aren't approaching it critically like a real project so no improvement is made

Everyone is engaged and wants to bring value and improvement. People listen and want to collaborate as employees see themselves staying long term with the company.
