What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Respect for work-life balance and personal life. Emphasis on patient / doctor first and customer-centricity.

Great campus (Germany) at our Ingelheim and Biberach sites, a culture of caring about the patients we will help and the employees, a desire to listen and to collaborate, investment in people and long term thinking rather than just quick wins.

work life balance is important, work expectations are not super human.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More diversity needed in the organisation
