The union (or whatever is left of it) is the only thing left protecting the workers from decimation of working conditions, pay, benefits, etc., by the management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. It's a total disconnect.

I would like better working conditions e.g. access to natural light, fresh air (at the new location).
