The job posting was true to what they actually needed in the role. The interviews were more conversational than formulaic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked with great teams in the past, and this one still takes the cake. Everyone is about three main things: the product works well, our users are satisfied, and all team mates are taken care of. Across time zones and countries, communication is always clear, and what needs doing gets done!
