The people are so positive at Booksy. Everyone likes to step up and help others. This is not a culture steeped in fear.

I love that I am a voice. That I can make an impact, even if it is small. I feel like I am respected and valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Booksy doesn't micromanage or pretend to know how to do everyone's jobs. They actually allow employees to try new things and encourage it. Booksy does an amazing job of treating employees with respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are awesome people. Everyone is motivated, driven, positive and generally seems to like their job. It is so nice to work with positive individuals who care about their work, their team and their company.
