I have been here from the past 8 months and I feel pretty comfortable and satisfied with my role, tasks assigned, work-life balance and peace of mind. Apart from being underpaid, which should be definitely taken into consideration, the overall environment and culture of the company are satisfactory.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to individual concerns and do their best to make each and everyone's journey smooth and comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
The overall environment and the latest technologies that I have been working on like AI makes me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I am not being paid fairly. Based on the market value and wages given to the same designations outside the state are much appreciable than the ones we are getting and it's completely unfair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are less of a team and more like a family. Always ready to help and treat well with their warm and polite gesture. Especially, Our team lead always goes a step ahead to help us out in every situation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a Muslim and obligated to pray 5 times a day, I have always strived to find a place to pray but not in BQE anymore. We have a separate prayer room where we can pray in peace. For me, this is the best thing about the culture of this company.
