Compassion, more team work from the office
Go off of credential and not mindless questions.
Tolerable when not hassled by upper management. COVID response was fair but time off was not allowed during outbreak unless we were sick. Things are easing. Just found out they sold our facility and will not pay out the time off we earned but we’re not supposed to tak
We have all the system in place. A lot of leadership changes but all for good. Careone is a very strong company. It will able to withstand any trials and tribulations. CareOne, thank you for the opportunity.
I work in Activities, some of the coworkers in my department rarely follow the schedule. The nurse aides are just rude and sometimes mistreat residents with dementia. I feel like I have to do work for 3 people. My boss is nice, but with the staff shortage, we are suffering. I come home crying.
