The team at my facility is great. I don’t remember seeing any corporate support more than once or twice. Had a team meeting while a regional person was there once. She was in the building but still held the meeting on phone from a different roo
Healthcare as an industry can be very stressful and the pay doesnt reflect the amount of caring and effort that goes into a workday. Many times we go above and beyond individually but the rewards are few.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication skills and a better advocate for all workers despite their positions.
They are unable to lead and are incompetent. They wont change
Hire people who care about the patients and employees
Better management's and more staff
Be more considerate about staff in the current covid pandemic
who cares they don't care
