What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great supervisors and environment great
The team at my facility is great. I don’t remember seeing any corporate support more than once or twice. Had a team meeting while a regional person was there once. She was in the building but still held the meeting on phone from a different roo
Healthcare as an industry can be very stressful and the pay doesnt reflect the amount of caring and effort that goes into a workday. Many times we go above and beyond individually but the rewards are few.

Communication skills and a better advocate for all workers despite their positions.
They are unable to lead and are incompetent. They wont change

Pays well versus competition. But it doesnt make talented people stay.

The payroll is constantly messed up, leading to employees not receiving raises, bonuses, or shift pickup comp unless they chase HR

We try to stay positive at the facility. Events for patients and staff. Holiday celebrations. None of that is because of Careone.
