I am now a former employee and when I first started at CDM Smith and up to the day they laid me off, I thought they had a great culture of support from management. It’s only about profit margins and not about caring for their employee

They do have competitive salaries
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating diversity and how younger generations can bring innovation, specifically for work process. They also need to take a closer look at the high turnover rate for newer employees (i.e. not the ones who have been there 30+ years, but the people who are there only 5 years or so, a huge gap.)
