What do you like best about the leadership team?

Open, sincere, and equally invested. It feels like team everyone is truly on the same team rather than an organization with a distinct group of players that are merely doers, coaches that are concerned about climbing, and owners that are there to drive and collect profit. It's refreshing!

Committed, focused, strategic, smart, legendary

The leadership team is open to hear what I have to say. They work to make sure I am challenged and are encouraging. I always get what I need or am given acceptable instruction so I can figure it out. I am rarely stressed by numbers coming from above.

My supervisor is awesome. He really does care about the people he manages and goes to bat for us when executive management tries to enforce updates that end up impacting out quality of life and work life balances.

Very open and responsive, willing to invest in their employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Appreciating diversity and how younger generations can bring innovation, specifically for work process. They also need to take a closer look at the high turnover rate for newer employees (i.e. not the ones who have been there 30+ years, but the people who are there only 5 years or so, a huge gap.)

The whole company is my team and I love that! Its the standard for everyone to approachable and open to collaboration.

Smart, hard working, focused, fun, friendly

My team is filled with highly intelligent engineers, they are always available to help if I have a question. They are also great listeners and take what I see and change approaches based on my recommendations. My voice has value and that is reflected in the interactions between everyone in the firm.

We all get along fairly well, work hard when we need to and can bond over work outings when we have the opportunities.

Team cares about supporting one another, cares about home life.

They are sincerely commited to making this a company where all are welcome and their professional growth is encouraged. They truly understand that when everyone is welcome at the table the feast grows.

My voice has a value. I feel encouraged and supported and my role in the company is highly valued as based on the support I receive from the leadership and coworkers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company culture is extremely confusing, they talk a good talk and publish the words employees want to hear, but the actions of management are completely the opposite.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I got hired off one interview it wasn't bad

Everyone I dealt with was easy to talk to and I didn't feel like I was on trial.

Open, honest, fast, efficient, accurate

The actual interview was great, conversation was easy and the questions were sufficiently challenging. In hindsight, the questions were a reflection of the type of work I landed in and the ease of conversation a reflection of the type of interactions between peers.

Talking with eventual team members to evaluate if I would be a good fit.

Varied work opportunities across the firm and options to advance and grow my career within the firm.

I enjoy being able to be open and honest with my manager about the work and projects I'm doing, especially when they project is difficult and I am stressed about it.
