There are multiple employees whose attitudes create a negative and hostile atmosphere in product development. These people need to be confronted and change, or leave.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Engage with and trust the feedback from the entire engineering team staff. There has been a problem with listening only to the lead engineering voices, and not engaging in constructive conversations with all the development staff members.
