I feel like I'm over qualified for my position and would like to aim to either get a director role or something higher.

I love how connected they are to everyone. They are all open and they really embrace their core values. It is truly the best workplace to work in.

Everyone shows that they care about everyone. They are always going above and beyond to take care of their partners. Everyone is always listening and engaging. Everyone is great

I'm going to sum it up from here. My team and or whoever I worked with are always eager to be the best. I love that and that truly fits my criteria whenever I work with a team. They are all humble and are always open to be creative.
