Hybrid compensation between my trainer salary and my sales commissions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication and transparency. I feel as though everyone is at the decision making table, aware of the needs and direction, and prepared for their role and duty to accomplish the stated goals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Celebrating out many accomplishments. Whether it be sales goals, top producer goals, work anniversaries, funding milestones, new offices, new employees, we always find a way to celebrate and acknowledge the good at work
What are some of the best things about your team?
The laughs, the honesty, the helping hands. We always pick up slack for each other, offer to step outside our regular scope of work, communicate stucks, and invest in each other professionally and personally.
