Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall good, but with PWB coming in and changing so many things to "their way" has been a big time adjustment. Annoying/frustrating at times. Our company styles don't align, even down to presentation. But I know it was a business decision so hopefully we all benefit from it as employees.

They are honest, caring and approachable.

Have a higher KPI percentage and higher rate

Like they're family. We can support/help each other in our daily job duties, but also share our personal life experiences and accomplishments.
