Best thing about my team if there my family away from home. I love that when something is urgent we all get together and tackle the task together.

Our leadership group is very supportive. They help you succeed and get better at what you do. They are always there if you need words of encouragement or even if you just need to talk.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package isn't pay nor vacation don't get me wrong its great but it all about the culture. I have never been to a company that has a Culture like Civic is about there staff.
