I have been able to grow as a professional and in my own personal life with the opportunities I receive. I have a supportive manager and team and our senior team is right behind. My work life balance is just right and I can contribute to both without sacrificing. I love what I do!

We all support each other ! Our work intertwines so being able to get along and feel that openness is very important. And we can always share laughs.

Open feedback forums, open door to express opinions on projects, able to connect with other team members and most importantly, knowing that my family is first and Civic encourages this as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives! I am always looking for ways to improve any of our Total Rewards areas and making sure we are all healthy, happy and motiviated.

We all care about each other as human beings and as a whole team. We take time to get to know each other and learn each other's styles. They're there when you need an extra hand.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are first, our interests and professional (as well as personal) aspirations are important and we are invested in. I am motivated and even urged to take development courses in whatever area I want. Although work is important, Civic also vouches for my personal wellbeing.
