I haven't looked for another job ever, not even once. My responses to head hunters and recruiters is always "I am happy where I am" and I mean that. I don't think a lot of people can say the same about their company.

What makes you most happy at work?
I come from a background of team sports. I like to contribute to team (company) goals and have participation in overall success. I am happy at work when I feel like I've made a difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The widespread adoption of the core values and culture is the most prominent in my mind. Often times you see core values and culture displayed but a smaller percentage of employees actually take that to heart. CIVIC seems like it's at around 98% participation in positive culture and core values.
