It's been the best company I've worked for. In the past I've worked for Bank of American and JP Morgan Chase and the culture wasn't the best. I was just a number to them. At CIVIC, it's about "how can I help you succeed and growth in your career".

The medicinal plan was more affordable and could finally add my wife to the plan.

To be able to elevate, mentor, and coach my employee's and watch them grow in their career path.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is more of a family. Everybody trust each other and willing to help others out if needed or lend support. It's a fun exciting atmosphere with serious focus on getting work done to managing team members effectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is honest, hold themselves accountable, and always looking out for their employees well being. You can see that trickle down to management and employees. It's one of the reasons we have an amazing culture at CIVIC.
