What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is comprehensive and I have everything I need. There's also a lot to be said about intangibles... like flexible work schedule, company provided lunch, making time to play, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have goals or incentives to meet targets. We don't forecast revenue or look very far ahead. Then we don't achieve profits and there's not a real plan in place to improve. That creates uncertainty and people leave.
