Classy Llama Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I really value the flexible schedule and the work-life balance it gives me

Review from IT Dept

We have great insurance options.

The freedom to work remote as needed. Fair PTO.

The flexibility to work anywhere I have internet.

It is good in overall

Review from Engineering Dept

I am paid by the hour.

We have great insurance options.

Review from Finance Dept

The compensation, benefits and PTO are all ideal.

In line with market standards.

Flexibility to work hours that meet both my schedule and the company needs

My salary and flexible schedule

Review from Marketing Dept

The low cost to me health insurance.

Review from Finance Dept

The monthly salary, but I would love to have the holidays as part of my compensation - it would make a huge difference in my mental health and motivation at work.

I feel like my salary is extremely competitive within my geographic area and discipline

Review from Marketing Dept

The time off policy is fair and flexible

The best part of our compensation are the Insurance rates

The Health insurance seems pretty decent.

Review from Engineering Dept

The HSA plan is nice

Review from Engineering Dept

Classy covers a good deal of the insurance and provides decent options to include ones family

Competitive pay, great insurance and gym membership reimbursement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I have the skills and knowledge to contribute much more, but I'm currently limited by certain restrictions. I want to prove how useful I can be so that I can earn a raise.

Review from IT Dept

I have taken on a plethora of new responsibilities and I do not feel that I have been compensated fairly as we have absorbed many positions within the company in the past year. I understand that we need to be mindful of spending, but we also should reward those who have absorbed these positions.

Review from Finance Dept

I feel like starting compensation was fine. Its been a bit disheartening to go years without so much as a bonus or yearly raise. When I was hired, I was told there would be a bonus structure and that got taken away when it was time to payout after we had a bad year financially as a company.

I’m eager to take on additional responsibilities within my role. I believe my experience and skill set enable me to contribute even more to the company by offering solutions and adding value across different area

Review from IT Dept

I would like to receive a roadmap on what I should improve and deliver in terms of value so that I can earn better compensation in the future.

Review from IT Dept

I believe that for non-production teams, we need to prove ourselves more in order to qualify for a raise.

pay has not kept up with inflation. in real terms make quite a bit less than several years ago

Review from Engineering Dept

C L pays below market

As part of a non-production team, I feel the bar is set very high for the value we deliver to be seen and later translated into financial recognition.

Feel like some kind of annual review is warranted

More money. 401K Matching. The box won't let me move on unless I add some more words, so here's some more words.

Pay is on the low side relative to experience and our industry

Review from Engineering Dept

More benefits and incentives packages.

Salary level not competitive with industry and amount of experience

Review from Operations Dept

market rates should be compared

Higher salary, profit-sharing or bonuses.

Review from Operations Dept

For my experience, position, and labor market conditions, it's too low.

Review from Operations Dept

market competitive wage and better benefits (especially health benefit)

I don't have goals or incentives to meet targets. We don't forecast revenue or look very far ahead. Then we don't achieve profits and there's not a real plan in place to improve. That creates uncertainty and people leave.

Review from Marketing Dept

Understand salary ranges for my role and career steps
