The insurance rates are very good, especially for today. The fitness membership reimbursement is also super cool!

I feel like starting compensation was fine. Its been a bit disheartening to go years without so much as a bonus or yearly raise. When I was hired, I was told there would be a bonus structure and that got taken away when it was time to payout after we had a bad year financially as a company.
