I enjoy working here. I won't recommend someone as the bonus plan is very hard to achieve, and I've found HR doesn't really review my referrals for new employees in a manner that is a good experience for my friends/past colleagues.

Longest institution I have worked for. I am excited to be a part of the growth strategy and that I have the ability to be a leader. My manager has been absolutely the most supportive leader.

Working at City National Bank has been great. There are good and bad days, but I truly love my job! it's been a wonderful experience so far.

Health care premiums are very good compared to where I came from.

Health care coverage is phenomenal. Most of my family's care is covered with little out of pocket. While the interest environment has been challenging, the bank continued to pay bonuses.

It is fair and you are rewarded for the hard work you put in

The health insurance and of course annual bonus, although i do feel like the bonus should be increased for my position.

I believe it's the ability to get paid by performance and we can drive the results.

My compensation is way below the market average in any bank in Florida.

My salary is lower than people in my position at competing financial institutions. A cost-of-living increase would be greatly appreciated.

I feel like management has lost sight of the client. CNB no longer feels like a community bank, we are more loke BofA Jr. It's sad and disheartening.
