Highly motivated people only constrained by processes that make sense... and processes that can be easily changed when they don't make sense any more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, drills down to the people affected by a problem to find the solution and give them the power to fix it. If sacrifices have to be made, executive leadership does it first, and I deeply respect that.

Leads from the front lines, perfectly supports us. Very "let the skilled people do their work and get everything else out of their way." Unafraid to make big changes if necessary, and they come from the people most affected.
