I have experienced a lot of growth and opportunity but also a lot of difficulty and challenge. I have learned from all of it but not all of the experiences were good. On the whole, though, it's been a good experience.

My experience at my company has given me a lot of opportunity, great co-workers, and interesting work to do. While leadership isn't perfect, I think they really do try to follow through on what they say they believe.

I've grown a lot, but had a lot of challenges due a weakness on process focus. Overall, though, it has been very positive for me and my family and is much better than many, many workplaces.

I like that they are open to feedback and willing to accept when they are wrong

I enjoy the diversity and challenge of my work, as well as the opportunity to try and learn new things

We are focused on delivering good result and taking care of people. It's not always perfect but the team is genuinely committed to this.
