The chance to sit down and really talk with all levels of department heads and learn more about working at the company.

Fun, lively atmosphere. Interacting with customers and "Guests"
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Boss is great, some Mgr on Duty great, some need more leadership training skills. Some of my coworker "team members" were the best, some need "sensitivity training."

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give a 2nd CHANCE. why let someone go, add attendance points for a 1 time infraction, if that TM was steady, reliable, and positive? Why allow negativity against other TM? Again, "SENSITIVITY" training!!!
